We are proud to recognise the contribution of Aoife Gillane, our first intern at GNTC. Aoife graduated with First Class Honours in Public Health Nutrition from Atlantic Technological University (ATU) in May 2025. She has been accepted into the Masters of Dietetics programmes at both the University of Limerick and University College Dublin.

During her placement, Aoife researched, developed, and piloted a public resource on Vitamin D, designed for use in schools, healthcare settings, and with the general public. The resource is evidence-based, science-backed, and aligned with Department of Health Vitamin D guidelines. It can be personalised for different audiences.

We wish Aoife the very best in her future training and career as a Registered Dietitian.
